Brilliant little cottage. Everything you need and everything you didn’t know you needed. Nice little welcome package when you arrive. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook a good meal if you choose to do so. Great host, super friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in this beautiful part of the country! Can’t wait to return.

We stayed in The Granary – and it was fabulous. A beautiful space, so well appointed. The location was superb, within 10 minutes walk to the beach and local pub. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly – they made our stay extra special. We’re looking forward to going back and have recommend it to all our family and friends!

Chris – May 2026

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! An excellent place to stay if you own a dog, lovely big garden and a fabulous beach a shortish walk down the hill. Close proximity to Stackpole and Bosherston – the Stackpole Inn food is excellent if you fancy a treat. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Ian – April 2026

We really loved our stay at East Trewent Farm. We stayed three nights over the Easter break, and it was a great combination of private and peaceful but with plenty to do on the doorstep. The accommodation is clean and well appointed with a library of walking books and information about the area. The recommendations for places to eat were really helpful – we ate well! Rebecca and Jeremy were warm and friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs and respond to queries. We’ll be back.

Eleni – March 2026

The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and we really appreciated the breakfast hamper that was left for us! Rebecca and her husband were really helpful with tips for the area and the cottage has plenty of books and maps for inspiration. The cottage itself is really cosy with some thoughtful touches, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. It is just a short distance from Freshwater East where you can walk part of the West Coast path. We will definitely be back!

Rebecca was a wonderful host, excellent communication throughout, with helpful information on where to eat and places to see. The cottage was well equipped, logs provided for the fire and some lovely local produce provided in the kitchen. We took the dogs with us and there were so many places to go on lovely walks in the area. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return one day ☺️

Cheya – January 2026

Had a lovely stay at Rebecca’s and will definitely go back again. Great location and just a great property.

We wanted to get away from the busy routine of everyday life. East Trewent Farm was absolutely ideal. Very quiet location, lovely hosts, near the beach for early morning doggy walks and just the right size / provision of amenities for 2 adults and their dog. If that is what you are looking for, I cannot envisage a better choice.

Gill – October 2025

Our stay was wonderful. The milking parlour was just as described, so very warm and cosy.
Rebecca had left an assortment of goodies which was very much appreciated. The Welsh cakes were delicious adding to the warmth of the welcome.
We do encourage others to stay and enjoy the area and great accommodation.

We were totally delighted with our stay. Rebecca and Jeremy were great hosts – kind and very accommodating. The room, facilities and thoughtfulness were very much appreciated. Thank you for the welcome basket (I didn’t know that Welsh coffee was so good!). We absolutely loved the log burner. A fabulous touch and we now really want one too (thank you for bringing the logs Jeremy!). Very encouraging recycling amd environmental ethic also appreciated.
The coastal walk to Swanlake Bay was a real highlight. A beautiful area.
Thank you both so much 🤩

We have just got back from a week staying at East Trewent Farm and it was nothing short of brilliant
Both Rebecca and Jeremy were the best hosts we could have asked for and nothing was too much trouble
We will definitely look to get back in the near future!

Rebecca – July 2025

We had a wonderful stay at East Trewent Farm, where we were warmly welcomed—dog in tow into a cosy, well-equipped cottage. A truly thoughtful touch was the delicious homemade Welsh cakes and bread waiting for us on arrival—such a warm and comforting start. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was ample and practical, and the hot shower was a treat after long days of walking. We also really appreciated the eco-friendly, locally sourced products throughout the cottage, and the excellent collection of walking books was put to great use. Rebecca was a delightful host—friendly, helpful, and the cottage book had indeed covered everything. We loved dining outdoors in the garden and the location was ideal for exploring the stunning Pembrokeshire coast. The walk from Stackpole to Barafundle Bay was absolutely breathtaking, and continuing on to the Lily Ponds was a joy, or likewise Freshwater East to Manorbier stretch offered equally beautiful views.
We highly recommend this place.

Maria – June 2025

The Milking Parlour at East Trewent Farm is beautiful, clean, and has everything you might need for a perfect vacation. The outdoor table with its amazing views over the fields was especially nice!
Rebecca and Jeremy were very kind and always helped us whenever we had a question. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend staying there!

Evie – May 2025

Most gorgeous cottage with everything you could need. Welcome basket on arrival with local produce. We loved eating our meals on the terrace with a view over to the cows in the fields – such a peaceful stay and would love to come back 🙂

James – May 2025

Lovely stay in a beautiful location. Rebecca and Jeremy were very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful garden to sit and have breakfast in on the patio, and the cottage was well equipped with everything you could need.
Loved the local goods in the welcome basket, and the home made Welsh cakes were better than any we bought on the trip!
Liked the eco conscious approach, that was a bonus which we like to see.
Thank you!

Lovely accommodation, hosts and location. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. The cottage was very cosy, well equipped and had a nice garden area. It’s in a great location for visiting the nice beaches around Pembrokeshire, Freshwater East beach is walking distance. The hosts were lovely and so accommodating to any requests we had. Also very dog friendly! 10/10

We loved our stay at East Trewent Farm over Christmas 2024, as did our dog who settled in straight away. Such a super location for us away from the crowds so close to a beach we love and my parents in Pembroke.

We stayed in the Cart House, which was wonderfully cosy, comfortable, nicely laid out and beautifully fitted. We particularly appreciated: the delightful and delicious welcome basket of Welsh goodies; the good sized fridge freezer and wide range of nice crockery and cooking implements in the kitchen; comfy bed; French windows going straight out to the good sized ‘field’ at the back (for the dog); hot shower; large comfy sofa; and extra touches like the Welsh woollen blankets and cushion. All of which made us feel very welcome and at home. We very much hope to return, and be able to enjoy sitting outside as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at East Trewent Cottages. The cottage had everything we needed and more (including a delicious basket of Welsh treats on arrival), and were perfectly located to explore the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast. Rebecca and Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed – and they even delivered on three days of sun in October! Thanks so much. We hope to come back again soon.

We had a fantastic holiday in the Granary. It was clean, comfortable and both the indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely. We especially appreciated that the hosts had put lots of thought into choosing environmentally friendly options throughout the property. They gave us lots of info on local places to visit/eat out and were often visible on the site for a chat or to answer any questions. We hope to go back sometime in the future!

Jessica – June 2024

I can’t recommend East Trewent Farm highly enough: firstly the Farm, beautiful old whitewashed buildings, is a 10 minute walk up a winding country lane from the very beautiful Freshwater East Beach. The accommodation is very comfortable and well considered & there’s been lots of thought about everything – they provide thermoses & a picnic rug & mean it when they say ask if you need something. The beds are super comfy, with goose down duvets, a wonderful welcome basket with goodies including local eggs, homemade bread, fresh coffee & Rebecca’s own marmalade. Rebecca & Jeremy are warm, welcoming and kind – they lent us a walking map and have a host of books and info . Their info folder – so often a bit ‘maaah’ – was well written, informative and helpful about all sorts of local things & a great guide to this unbelievably beautiful corner of south Pembrokeshire. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank you so much

East Trewent Farm was a great find for us! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were really tasty, always good to try new things, we enjoyed the seaweed patties. Location was perfect for us, easily accessable to Pembroke and very close to some stunning beaches.

Rob and family August 2023

We loved our stay at East Trewent Farm, The Cart House was great for our family of four. It had everything we needed, and its such a great location for the local area. Jeremy and Rebecca are very accommodating – our six year old so thrilled to be lent a body board and we spent days mastering the art. There were thoughtful touches to the stay, included a beach towel and games for us to play during down time. Would 100% stay again. Thank you. Hope to see you again, Suzie, Rob, Osian and Finn xx

We had another great stay at Trewent Farm in the Granary Cottage. The accommodation was excellent and felt very homely. The welcome pack was much appreciated of bread, butter, marmalade, Welsh cakes and eggs. We loved the little touches of supplying all the kitchen cleaning products as well as dishwasher tablets and washing machine detergent as well as toilet rolls etc The kitchen was well equipped and there was ample towels and bedding. The field out the back was fantastic for the dog to enjoy and as we were fortunate with the weather we sat out many an hour on the picnic benches with her enjoying the sunshine. Rebecca and Jeremy have thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable and relaxing as it could possibly be. I just want to say a big thank you and we will see you next year.

Thank you for a cosy, welcoming stay with a delicious breakfast! Great location, really comfortable, fluffy towels and lovely hosts – we’ll be back!

Lucile, April 2023

We have spent our April holiday at East Trewent farm in the Cart house. We had a great time in this comfortable and peaceful cottage with our two children (8 and 3 years old). We were warmly welcomed by our hosts Rebecca and Jeremy. They offered us a generous welcome hamper garnished with local products and homemade sweetness. They kindly suggested a wealth of ideas for visits and walks. We love the way that everything is thought in a sustainable perspective. Thanks to them ! This part of Wales is beautiful! We highly recommend a stay at East Trewent Farm and their local breakfast.

Kaaren and Brenton, May 2023

Rebecca and Jeremy are exceptional hosts. They welcomed us warmly to their lovely property and they always went the extra mile to make our stay at East Trewent Farm special. Our rooms were delightful and immaculate, with lovely extra touches like home made biscuits. The breakfast room was a lovely space to unwind in the evening with a glass of wine and board games. We enjoyed delicious cooked breakfasts with home made local ingredients including laverbread patties, excellent vegetarian sausages, and hedgerow berry jam. We took up Rebecca and Jeremy’s recommendation to walk from Angle around the stunning coastline to the Old Point Hotel where we enjoyed lunch and the performance of a local male choir. Our only regret was we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you Rebecca and Jeremy. We highly recommend East Trewent Farm. Kaaren and Brenton.

Absolutely perfect , beautiful cottage. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Rebecca is the perfect host. We were welcomed with a basket of locally and homemade produce, bread, cookies, tea, coffee and milk so we didn’t need to rush out straight away. The cottage is cosy , warm and comfortable. Towels provided and sustainable products used in the kitchen and bathroom. It’s the little things that make a huge difference and Rebecca has it down to a fine art.
The location is almost on the beach , the beach is stunning, perfect for children and dogs. Freshwater East is by far my favourite in the area so we were so luckily to find this gem of a cottage so close.

Jas and family April 2021

We would like to thank you for welcoming us to the Granary. We were impressed with its unique charm. The beds were comfortable and fitted out with all that we needed for our holiday. We would recommend East Trewent Farm Granary to our family and friends especially the home-made Welsh cakes offered to us on our arrival. Thanks again.
