4 Star Holiday Cottage 1 - The Cart House

The cottage is identified with a raised number on the left-hand front-door frame upright and the courtyard is lit during the evening but not through the night.

Entrance is through the front door 840mm fitted with mortise lock and lever handle. One step up 100mm with wooden threshold into the tiled hallway.

Door 750mm to the downstairs bathroom, off the hallway has a washbasin, low level W.C. and a bath with shower over. The shower mixer has lever operation other taps normal rotating. The bath has non-slip base and 'designed in' grab handles. Door 750mm to the kitchen off the hallway has standard height worktops with stainless steel sink with standard rotating hot & cold taps. There is a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and an electric freestanding cooker, the controls are normal rotating. The combination central heating boiler, is also housed in the kitchen. Open plan to dining/lounge 3.8Mx5.3M with rectangular dining table and six chairs, three-piece suite, separate easy chair, coffee table and remote control television and DVD player. Stairs 800mm width are to the left of the entrance door with a ninety-degree turn after the first two steps. Handrail to the right-hand side. The cottage is identified with a raised number on the left-hand front-door frame upright and the courtyard is lit during the evening but not through the night.

Entrance is through the front door 830mm fitted with mortise lock and lever handle. Two steps up 240mm with wooden threshold into the tiled hallway.

Door 740mm to the large downstairs bathroom, off the hallway has a washbasin, low-level W.C. and a bath with shower over. The shower mixer has lever operation other taps normal rotating. The bath has non-slip base, is low sided with 'designed in' grab handles.

Door 750mm to downstairs double 4' 6" bedroom 3.7Mx3.2M, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, four-drawer chest and upright chair.

Door 740mm to the kitchen off the hallway has standard height worktops with stainless steel sink with standard rotating hot & cold taps. There is a microwave fridge-freezer, washing machine and an electric freestanding cooker, the controls are normal rotating. The combination central heating boiler, is also housed in the kitchen.

4 Star Holiday Cottage 3 - The Milking Parlour

The cottage is identified with a black and white sign on the front door and the courtyard is lit during the evening but not through the night.

Entrance is via a lobby door 1200mm with a wooden threshold. The front door 750mm is fitted with Yale style lock and key. One step up 170mm with wooden threshold into the lounge/dining area 5.0Mx3.7M. The lounge area has three piece suite, four-drawer cabinet, coffee table and remote control television with DVD player. The dining area is in an alcove and has table and four chairs.

Door 760mm to double 4' 6" bedroom 3.1Mx2.5M, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, and en-suite bathroom. Door 760 to bathroom has a washbasin, low-level W.C. and a bath with mixer tap with rotating tops and hand-held shower. Door 760mm to the kitchen off the lounge has standard height worktops with moulded sink with standard rotating mixer tap. There is a microwave, fridge-freezer and electric hobs with built-under oven, controls are normal rotating. The water-heating boiler is also housed in the kitchen.

Heating from independently time controlled electric radiators.

4 Star B&B Pembrokeshire

East Trewent Farm is a non-working farm and the bed and breakfast accommodation is annexed from the main house, which provides guests with a greater level of privacy and independence.

East Trewent Farm is approached through 3.5 metres wide entrance into a gravelled courtyard with a paved patio area in front of the bed & breakfast entrance. Vehicles are normally parked along one side of the courtyard, approximately 12 metres from the patio. However, vehicles can be temporarily parked adjacent to the patio for 'pick-ups and drop-offs' The furnished patio area has two steps up totalling 160 mm.

The main 1100 mm entrance door, with closer, has a 200 mm step up with a wooden threshold. The corridor floor, leading to all rooms, is tiled and walls are white painted. All rooms are ground floor and have white doors 760 mm wide with raised numbers and lever handles. All doors have closers. There is a bell-push in the corridor, adjacent to the main entrance door, to summon assistance.

Both the patio and the main access doors are lit during the hours of darkness. There is a 130 mm step down at the end of the main corridor leading to dining room.

Three of the rooms are en suite, two with baths (shower tap attachment to room 1) and one with a double size 'walk-in' shower. The fourth room is a single and uses a private shower and W.C at the end of the corridor, with a step down of 130 mm. There are also two other W.C’s and one shower for general use at the end of the corridor. The distance from the room to the shower area is 10 metres maximum. The single room has a wash hand basin.

The rooms are centrally heated by radiators and have tea/coffee making facilities and remote controlled televisions.

Guests are provided with a welcome letter and information is available on local attractions, shops, chemists, doctors, garage’s and vets Luggage transfers, lifts to station or bus can be arranged
